“Thank you very much, I think you have helped me enormously.
Helping me to understand who I am and why, identifying and enabling me to change things – already and in the future.

You have helped me understand and enabled me to cope with anxiety, helped me to understand the likely origins of my and other peoples behaviours and their issues then how I can best cope, respond and understand many situations.

You have enabled me to ‘step out of myself and look back at myself to see how and what I can and will change.

I see more of a future and feel better equipped.

I would again like to thank you so very much.”

Testimonial 2

“I would like to thank you from bottom of my heart for our sessions.

To be honest I didn’t think it would change anything, but I was wrong. I am learning to stand up for myself, believe in myself better and enjoy my life again. I feel I am much happier now.

I’m still learning and working on myself but definitely my mindset is more positive now.

Thank you so, so much. And I wish you all the best.”

Testimonial 3

“I was hesitant of EMDR as first as the process sounded surreal. However, I kept an open mind and faced my past traumas through this process.

As a result it has allowed me to confront the past thoughts that were trapped in my head like a broken record. After the session it allowed me to instantly use a phase that acts as a deterrent when intrusive thoughts come to the forefront of my mind.

For my ADHD, EMDR has now allowed to focus on the future and the present.

I do not use past thoughts as an excuse for bad habits and unwanted behaviours that cause harm to me. I have started to acknowledge my psychological and physical which I have previously neglected.

With time I have lost weight and I now consciously do things that I enjoy, allowing the creation of positive habits.

I have used my ADHD as a tool and allowed obsessive interests to manifest on to positive things such as food quality nutrition, exercise, importance of sleep.

I realised I had to help myself, but with Lee’s listening skills and guidance he has helped me re set and recognise what may or may not be helpful.”
